People and Planet film festival

We were invited to screen our short film 'Lost and Founded' at the 'People and Planet' film festival in Darwen. We were delighted to find out it would be screened twice, the first time on the opening night just before the main feature.
After drinks and canapes, the evening began with a lecture about climate change with scientist Conor Walsh - a run through of different ideas behind the climate change issue. There were a lot of facts and figures - but we found it an really interesting start to the evening.

After our film was screened, the main feature was 'The Yes Men Fix The World', a humorous documentary about political activists in America. We had a really good evening, and I'd recommend checking out the rest of the festival. There will be films being screened over the next two weeks, and you can find out more about the free festival here:
